Tsardom of Light is a large country located at the west the Holy Light Country.

They worship the Great Light, and it is a country where the Pope stands at the top, conveying its teachings.
Not only do they have two Holy Braves, they also have knights of matchless strength below them. Their national prestige is unwavering.
However, Eagle revealed how truly depraved, greedy, and egoistical that the kingdom of Tzardom actually was. It was revealed from Eagle’s past that the Pope and his knights had been relentlessly hunting her down, and leaving a path of death and destruction while they did. When they tracked her down to the first village that she had stayed at, the knights interrogated the villagers and learned that they had already banished Eagle after learning she was a Demi human.
But the knights refused to believe them and ended up not only burning their village down to the ground, but massacred every last villager as well. Eventually, they tracked her down to the current village she was staying at and for simply harboring her, they massacred every last villager including men, women, and children. They then attempted to use Eagle as a spectacle at a certain nation, until they were unexpectedly ambushed by the Satanists.
While many of the knights focused on fighting the Satanists and the demon that they summoned. Many of the other knights took advantage of the chaos and attempted to sexually assault the women, until Hakuto and Tahara arrived and swiftly dispatched the knights. The pope attempted to kill Hakuto by having his artificial Angel attack him, however to his shock Hakuto swiftly destroyed the Angel. The pope was knocked unconscious and was presumably imprisoned for his actions by the either the kingdom of holy light or by Hakuto.

You could even say they are the food supply source of the northern countries, so if you are digging deep, you could consider them the biggest reason the wars are prolonged.
Because they don’t have dungeons in their country, they import many slayed monsters in exchange for food.
Their largest importer of food is Holy Light Country.
